HMI Reports Training in Lake Forest, CA on Dec 18-19, 2012 [Update]

This is a 2-day, instructor-led course that is designed to provide you with an understanding of the role of the HMI Reports software in gathering data from Historians, InTouch, and other applications to facilitate information integration and generate automated reports.

The course is designed to provide you with the skills to leverage the capabilities of the HMI Reports software to connect with InTouch and the Wonderware Historian, to create queries associated with real-time and historical data, and to publish the resulting reports on the web.

Objectives
Upon completion of this course, you will be able to:
  • Create HMI Reports projects to contain a variety of report definitions
  • Connect to an InTouch application and build a basic numeric and graphic report
  • Connect to Wonderware Historian and build a report to query real-time data, historical data and summary data from the Historian
  • Configure the HMI Reports built-in Historian
  • Connect to an I/O server
  • Distribute on-demand, scheduled and event-triggered reports via e-mail and to the web
  • Access reports on the web - user (data consumer function)
  • Purge and archive reports (admin. functions)

Audience
Plant floor operators and managers, system and database administrators, system integrators, and other individuals who need to use the HMI Reports software in their manufacturing processes
 
Prerequisites
The prerequisites for this course are:
  • InTouch Software – Part 1 Course
  • Fundamentals of the Wonderware Historian and ActiveFactory Software Course
